PDPK1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein 3-phosphoinositide dependent protein kinase 1, which is encoded by the PDPK1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a serine/threonine kinase that acts as a master kinase, phosphorylating and activating a subgroup of the AGC family of protein kinases. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 556 residues, a mass of 63.2 kDa, and is a member of the AGC Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated, cleaved and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include PDPK2, PDPK2P, PRO0461, 3-phosphoinositide-dependent protein kinase 2 pseudogene, PkB kinase like gene 1, and PDK1.
Some PDPK1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
