MOAP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein modulator of apoptosis 1, which is encoded by the MOAP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a retrotransposon-derived protein that forms virion-like capsids (By similarity). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 351 residues, a mass of 39.5 kDa, and is a member of the PNMA protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria and cytoplasm and is found to be widely expressed, with high levels in heart and brain. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include paraneoplastic Ma antigen family member 4, paraneoplastic antigen Ma4, paraneoplastic antigen like 4, and MAP1.
Some MOAP1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
