DUSP15 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein dual specificity phosphatase 15, which is encoded by the DUSP15 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to dephosphorylate MAPK13, ATF2, ERBB3, PDGFRB and SNX6. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 295 residues, a mass of 31.9 kDa, and is a member of the Protein-tyrosine phosphatase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm and is reported to be highly expressed in testis. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include VH1-related member Y, dual specificity phosphatase-like 15, vaccinia virus VH1-related dual-specific protein phosphatase Y, and dual specificity protein phosphatase 15.
The detection range for different DUSP15 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
