GRXCR1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein glutaredoxin and cysteine rich domain containing 1, which is encoded by the GRXCR1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to play a role in actin filament architecture in developing stereocilia of sensory cells. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 290 residues, a mass of 32.3 kDa, and is a member of the GRXCR1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell projections and is reported to be expressed at low levels in adult lung, brain and duodenum with moderate levels in testis. The GRXCR1 gene has been associated with the disease, Deafness. Other alias names for this target include glutaredoxin, cysteine rich 1, protein phosphatase 1, regulatory subunit 88, and glutaredoxin domain-containing cysteine-rich protein 1.
There are GRXCR1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
