TPH1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein tryptophan hydroxylase 1, which is encoded by the TPH1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in fat cell differentiation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 444 residues, a mass of 51 kDa, and is a member of the Biopterin-dependent aromatic amino acid hydroxylase protein family. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include TRPH, tryptophan 5-hydroxylase 1, L-tryptophan hydroxylase, indoleacetic acid-5-hydroxylase, tryptophan 5-monooxygenase 1, and TPRH.
Some TPH1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 10 ng/L and as high as 200 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
