RPL11 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ribosomal protein L11, which is encoded by the RPL11 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the ribosome, a large ribonucleoprotein complex responsible for the synthesis of proteins in the cell. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 178 residues, a mass of 20.3 kDa, and is a member of the Universal ribosomal protein uL5 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The RPL11 gene has been associated with the disease, Diamond-Blackfan anemia. Other alias names for this target include GIG34, L11, uL5, 60S ribosomal protein L11, CLL-associated antigen KW-12, and DBA7.
Some RPL11 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
