MARCHF5 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein membrane associated ring-CH-type finger 5, which is encoded by the MARCHF5 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in protein ubiquitination. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 278 residues and a mass of 31.2 kDa. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria and ER and is reported to be expressed in the brain, heart, liver, lung, spleen, stomach, testis, skeletal and muscle. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include MITOL, RNF153, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase MARCHF5, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase MARCH5, and MARCH-V.
Some MARCHF5 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
