ORAI3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ORAI calcium release-activated calcium modulator 3, which is encoded by the ORAI3 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 295 residues, a mass of 31.5 kDa, and is a member of the Orai protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in both naive and effector T helper cells with higher levels in effector cells. Other alias names for this target include protein orai-3 and transmembrane protein 142C.
