MT-ND5 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein mitochondrially encoded NADH dehydrogenase 5, which is encoded by the MT-ND5 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 603 residues, a mass of 67 kDa, and is a member of the TCL1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria. The MT-ND5 gene has been associated with the disease, Leber hereditary optic neuropathy. Other alias names for this target include MTND5 and NADH dehydrogenase subunit 5.
Some MT-ND5 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 62.5 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
