IL31RA ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein interleukin 31 receptor A, which is encoded by the IL31RA gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to associate with OSMR to form the interleukin-31 receptor which activates STAT3 and to a lower extent STAT1 and STAT5. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 732 residues, a mass of 83 kDa, and is a member of the Type I cytokine receptor protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in CD14- and CD56-positive blood cells. As many as 12 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. The IL31RA gene has been associated with the disease, Amyloidosis. Other alias names for this target include IL-31 receptor subunit alpha, IL-31R subunit alpha, class I cytokine receptor, cytokine receptor-like 3, gp130-like monocyte receptor, and interleukin-31 receptor subunit alpha.
There are IL31RA ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 3 ng/L and as high as 240 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
