IL13RA1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein interleukin 13 receptor subunit alpha 1, which is encoded by the IL13RA1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to bind with low affinity to interleukin-13 (IL13). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 427 residues, a mass of 48.8 kDa, and is a member of the Type I cytokine receptor protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include CT19, IL-13Ra, NR4, CD213a1 antigen, IL-13 receptor subunit alpha-1, and CD213A1.
Some IL13RA1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15.63 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
