CCT3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein chaperonin containing TCP1 subunit 3, which is encoded by the CCT3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the chaperonin-containing T-complex (TRiC), a molecular chaperone complex that assists the folding of proteins upon ATP hydrolysis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 545 residues, a mass of 60.5 kDa, and is a member of the TCP-1 chaperonin protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include CCTG, PIG48, TCP-1-gamma, TRIC5, T-complex protein 1 subunit gamma, and CCT-gamma.
The detection range for different CCT3 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
