arachidonate 8-lipoxygenase ELISA Kits

There are a number of ELISA Kits available for the measurement of arachidonate 8-lipoxygenase, another term for the human protein, arachidonate 15-lipoxygenase type B. Other synonyms may include: arachidonate 15-lipoxygenase B, 15-LOX-B, 15S-lipoxygenase, arachidonate 15-lipoxygenase 2, arachidonate 15-lipoxygenase second type, arachidonate omega(6) lipoxygenase, and linoleate 13-lipoxygenase 15-LOb. It is encoded by the ALOX15B gene to yield a protein 676 amino acids in length and 75.9 kDa in size. However, there are up to 4 reported isoforms. The protein, an enzyme, is categorized into the Lipoxygenase family. Versions of arachidonate 8-lipoxygenase are present in other organisms, including: Mouse, Rat, Frog.
