Works Well for Western Blot but Requires High Concentrations

I work on using stem cells to model and treat rare pediatric diseases, including a HIKESHI associated disease. The product was used to blot for HIKESHI protein in patient-acquired samples. It works well and doesnt tag the mutant protein, but it does require a high concentration. This might be due to low protein abundance however.
Works Well for Western Blot with Clear Bands

I work on using stem cell models to understand and treat rare pediatric diseases. This product works well for western blotting and has been used across a multitude of human patient-derived cell types including fibroblasts, iPSCs, and differentiated cells. It forms clean bands even at lower dilutions.
