FUBP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein far upstream element binding protein 1, which is encoded by the FUBP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to regulate MYC expression by binding to a single-stranded far-upstream element (FUSE) upstream of the MYC promoter. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 644 residues and a mass of 67.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include FUBP, hDH V, DNA helicase V, FUSE binding protein 1, epididymis secretory sperm binding protein, and FBP.
There are FUBP1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 7.8 pg/mL and as high as 5000 pg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
