PSMB3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein proteasome 20S subunit beta 3, which is encoded by the PSMB3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a non-catalytic component of the 20S core proteasome complex involved in the proteolytic degradation of most intracellular proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 205 residues, a mass of 22.9 kDa, and is a member of the Peptidase T1B protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Other alias names for this target include proteasome subunit beta type-3, epididymis secretory sperm binding protein, proteasome (prosome, macropain) subunit, beta type, 3, proteasome chain 13, and HC10-II.
Some PSMB3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
