PRAC1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein PRAC1 small nuclear protein, which is encoded by the PRAC1 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 57 residues and a mass of 6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be highly expressed in prostate, rectum, and distal colon, and weakly expressed in bladder. Other alias names for this target include prostate cancer susceptibility candidate 1, prostate cancer susceptibility candidate protein 1, prostate, rectum and colon expressed gene protein, and small nuclear protein PRAC1.
There are PRAC1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
