PEX5L ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein peroxisomal biogenesis factor 5 like, which is encoded by the PEX5L gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an accessory subunit hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated (HCN) channels, regulating their cell-surface expression and cyclic nucleotide dependence. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 626 residues, a mass of 69.7 kDa, and is a member of the Peroxisomal targeting signal receptor protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane and cytoplasm and is reported to be mainly expressed in the brain. As many as 8 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include PEX5RP, PXR2, PXR2B, TRIP8b, PEX5-related protein, HCN channel auxiliary subunit, PEX2-related protein, and PEX5R.
There are PEX5l ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
