POLE3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein DNA polymerase epsilon 3, accessory subunit, which is encoded by the POLE3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an accessory component of the DNA polymerase epsilon complex. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 147 residues and a mass of 16.9 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is found to be expressed in heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney and pancreas. Other alias names for this target include CHRAC17, CHRAC2, YBL1, p17, DNA polymerase epsilon subunit 3, CHRAC-17, DNA polymerase II subunit 3, and CHARAC17.
There are POLE3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
