POLD3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein DNA polymerase delta 3, accessory subunit, which is encoded by the POLD3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an accessory component of both the DNA polymerase delta complex and the DNA polymerase zeta complex. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 466 residues and a mass of 51.4 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated, sumoylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include P68, PPP1R128, DNA polymerase delta subunit 3, DNA polymerase delta subunit C, DNA polymerase delta subunit p66, and P66.
Some POLD3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
