KAT14 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein lysine acetyltransferase 14, which is encoded by the KAT14 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the ATAC complex, a complex with histone acetyltransferase activity on histones H3 and H4. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 782 residues and a mass of 88.8 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in skeletal muscle, heart, lung, placenta, brain, liver, pancreas and kidney. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include ADA2A-containing complex subunit 2, ATAC component 2 homolog, CRP2 binding partner, CRP2 binding protein, CSRP2-binding protein, and cysteine-rich protein 2-binding protein.
There are KAT14 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
