DIRAS3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein DIRAS family GTPase 3, which is encoded by the DIRAS3 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 229 residues, a mass of 25.9 kDa, and is a member of the Di-Ras protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in normal ovarian and breast epithelial cells but not in ovarian and breast cancers. Other alias names for this target include NOEY2, GTP-binding protein Di-Ras3, DIRAS family, GTP-binding RAS-like 3, distinct subgroup of the Ras family member 3, ras homolog gene family, member I, and ARHI.
There are DIRAS3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
