DIRAS1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein DIRAS family GTPase 1, which is encoded by the DIRAS1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in signal transduction pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 198 residues, a mass of 22.3 kDa, and is a member of the Di-Ras protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in heart and brain. Other alias names for this target include DIRAS family, GTP-binding RAS-like 1, distinct subgroup of the Ras family member 1, ras-related inhibitor of cell growth, small GTP-binding tumor suppressor 1, and GTP-binding protein Di-Ras1.
Some DIRAS1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
