VPREB3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein V-set pre-B cell surrogate light chain 3, which is encoded by the VPREB3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to associate with the Ig-mu chain to form a molecular complex that is expressed on the surface of pre-B-cells. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 123 residues, a mass of 13.7 kDa, and is a member of the Immunoglobulin protein superfamily. It is reported to be expressed in B-cell precursors. Other alias names for this target include N27C7-2, pre-B lymphocyte protein 3, pre-B lymphocyte 3, pre-B lymphocyte gene 3, and 8HS20.
There are VPREB3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
