POLDIP2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein DNA polymerase delta interacting protein 2, which is encoded by the POLDIP2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in DNA damage tolerance by regulating translesion synthesis (TLS) of templates carrying DNA damage lesions such as 8oxoG and abasic sites. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 368 residues and a mass of 42 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and mitochondria. Other alias names for this target include POLD4, p38, polymerase delta-interacting protein 2, 38 kDa DNA polymerase delta interaction protein, and PDIP38.
There are POLDIP2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
