VPREB1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein V-set pre-B cell surrogate light chain 1, which is encoded by the VPREB1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to associate with the Ig-mu chain to form a molecular complex that is expressed on the surface of pre-B-cells. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 145 residues, a mass of 16.6 kDa, and is a member of the Immunoglobulin protein superfamily. It is known to be localized in the ER. Other alias names for this target include IGI, IGVPB, VPREB, immunoglobulin iota chain, CD179 antigen-like family member A, and CD179a.
Some VPREB1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
