RALA ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAS like proto-oncogene A, which is encoded by the RALA gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a Multifunctional GTPase involved in a variety of cellular processes including gene expression, cell migration, cell proliferation, oncogenic transformation and membrane trafficking. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 206 residues, a mass of 23.6 kDa, and is a member of the Ras protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria and cell membrane. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated and glycosylated. The RALA gene has been associated with the disease, Hiatt-Neu-Cooper neurodevelopmental syndrome. Other alias names for this target include RAL, ras-related protein Ral-A, RALA Ras like proto-oncogene A, RAS-like protein A, and HINCONS.
There are RALA ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 150 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
