JUND ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein JunD proto-oncogene, AP-1 transcription factor subunit, which is encoded by the JUND gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in pathways of aging and the cellular response to hypoxia. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 347 residues, a mass of 35.2 kDa, and is a member of the BZIP protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include transcription factor JunD, activator protein 1, jun D proto-oncogene, transcription factor AP-1 subunit JunD, transcription factor jun-D, and AP-1.
There are JUND ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
