TTF2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein transcription termination factor 2, which is encoded by the TTF2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a DsDNA-dependent ATPase, which acts as a transcription termination factor by coupling ATP hydrolysis with removal of RNA polymerase II from the DNA template. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1162 residues, a mass of 129.6 kDa, and is a member of the SNF2/RAD54 helicase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include HuF2, ZGRF6, RNA polymerase II termination factor, human factor 2, lodestar homolog, and F2.
There are TTF2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
