SALL4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein spalt like transcription factor 4, which is encoded by the SALL4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a transcription factor with a key role in the maintenance and self-renewal of embryonic and hematopoietic stem cells. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1053 residues, a mass of 112.2 kDa, and is a member of the Sal C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is notably expressed in testis. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and sumoylated. The SALL4 gene has been associated with the disease, Duane-radial ray syndrome. Other alias names for this target include zinc finger protein 797, zinc finger protein SALL4, and sal-like protein 4.
Some SALL4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15.63 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
