FLII ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein FLII actin remodeling protein, which is encoded by the FLII gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to play a role as coactivator in transcriptional activation by hormone-activated nuclear receptors (NR) and acts in cooperation with NCOA2 and CARM1. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1269 residues and a mass of 144.8 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported be highly expressed in skeletal muscle with high expression also in the heart and lung. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include FLIL, Fli1, protein flightless-1 homolog, flightless I actin binding protein, flightless I homolog, and FLI.
Some FLII ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78.1 pg/mL and as high as 5000 pg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
