CKAP4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein cytoskeleton associated protein 4, which is encoded by the CKAP4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to mediate the anchoring of the endoplasmic reticulum to microtubules. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 602 residues and a mass of 66 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane, ER, and cytoplasm. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally palmitoylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include CLIMP63, ERGIC-63, p63, 63 kDa membrane protein, and CLIMP-63.
Some CKAP4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
