CR1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein complement C3b/C4b receptor 1 (Knops blood group), which is encoded by the CR1 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 2039 residues, a mass of 223.7 kDa, and is a member of the Receptors of complement activation (RCA) protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include C4BR, CD35, KN, complement receptor type 1, C3-binding protein, C3b/C4b receptor, CD35 antigen, and C3BR.
Some CR1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 7.813 pg/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
