BTBD1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein BTB domain containing 1, which is encoded by the BTBD1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a suspected substrate-specific adapter of an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 482 residues and a mass of 52.8 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is widely expressed across many tissue types, with high levels in testes, heart and skeletal muscle. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include NS5ATP8, BTB/POZ domain-containing protein 1, BTB (POZ) domain containing 1, HCV NS5A-transactivated protein 8, hepatitis C virus NS5A-transactivated protein 8, and C15orf1.
There are BTBD1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
