PHOSPHO1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein phosphoethanolamine/phosphocholine phosphatase 1, which is encoded by the PHOSPHO1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported phosphatase that has a high activity toward phosphoethanolamine (PEA) and phosphocholine (PCho). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 267 residues, a mass of 29.7 kDa, and is a member of the PHOSPHO protein family. It is known to be secreted and is noted to be expressed at sites of mineralization in bone and cartilage. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include phosphoethanolamine/phosphocholine phosphatase and phosphatase, orphan 1.
Some PHOSPHO1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.625 ng/mL and as high as 40 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
