MANEA ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein mannosidase endo-alpha, which is encoded by the MANEA gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 462 residues, a mass of 53.7 kDa, and is a member of the Glycosyl hydrolase 99 protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi and is reported to be highly expressed in the liver and kidney. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally cleaved. Other alias names for this target include alpha 1,2-endomannosidase, endo-alpha mannosidase, endomannosidase, mandaselin, and glycoprotein endo-alpha-1,2-mannosidase.
Some MANEA ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
