CCT6A ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein chaperonin containing TCP1 subunit 6A, which is encoded by the CCT6A gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the chaperonin-containing T-complex (TRiC), a molecular chaperone complex that assists the folding of proteins upon ATP hydrolysis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 531 residues, a mass of 58 kDa, and is a member of the TCP-1 chaperonin protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include CCT-zeta-1, CCT6, Cctz, HTR3, MoDP-2, TCP-1-zeta, TCP20, and CCT-zeta.
Some CCT6A ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
