POGLUT2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein protein O-glucosyltransferase 2, which is encoded by the POGLUT2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a protein glucosyltransferase that catalyzes the transfer of glucose from UDP-glucose to a serine residue within the consensus sequence peptide C-X-N-T-X-G-S-F-X-C. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 502 residues, a mass of 58 kDa, and is a member of the KDELC protein family. It is known to be localized in the ER. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include KDEL (Lys-Asp-Glu-Leu) containing 1, KDEL motif containing 1, KDEL motif-containing protein 1, endoplasmic reticulum resident protein 58, protein O-xylosyltransferase POGLUT2, and ER protein 58.
Some POGLUT2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
