BAZ2B ELISA Kits

BAZ2B ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein bromodomain adjacent to zinc finger domain 2B, which is encoded by the BAZ2B gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a regulatory subunit of the ATP-dependent BRF-1 and BRF-5 ISWI chromatin remodeling complexes, which form ordered nucleosome arrays on chromatin and facilitate access to DNA during DNA-templated processes such as DNA replication, transcription, and repair. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 2168 residues, a mass of 240.5 kDa, and is a member of the WAL protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is noted to be expressed at varying levels in several tissues, whereas a smaller transcript was expressed specifically in testis. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include WALp4 and bromodomain adjacent to zinc finger domain protein 2B.

There are BAZ2B ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
