APOBEC3B ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein apolipoprotein B mRNA editing enzyme catalytic subunit 3B, which is encoded by the APOBEC3B gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in innate immune responses. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 382 residues, a mass of 45.9 kDa, and is a member of the Cytidine and deoxycytidylate deaminase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is notably expressed at high and moderate levels in peripheral blood leukocytes, spleen, testes, heart, thymus, prostate and ovary. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include APOBEC1L, ARCD3, ARP4, DJ742C19.2, PHRBNL, bK150C2.2, DNA dC->dU-editing enzyme APOBEC-3B, and A3B.
There are APOBEC3B ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.31 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
