ARPC1A ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein actin related protein 2/3 complex subunit 1A, which is encoded by the ARPC1A gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to be functions as component of the Arp2/3 complex which is involved in regulation of actin polymerization and together with an activating nucleation-promoting factor (NPF) mediates the formation of branched actin networks. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 370 residues, a mass of 41.6 kDa, and is a member of the WD repeat ARPC1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include HEL-68, HEL-S-307, SOP2Hs, SOP2L, actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 1A, and Arc40.
Some ARPC1A ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
