ASIC3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein acid sensing ion channel subunit 3, which is encoded by the ASIC3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in signal transduction pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 531 residues, a mass of 58.9 kDa, and is a member of the Amiloride-sensitive sodium channel (TC 1.A.6) protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm and is noted to be expressed by sensory neurons. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated and glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include DRASIC, SLNAC1, TNaC1, acid-sensing ion channel 3, acid sensing (proton gated) ion channel 3, and ACCN3.
There are ASIC3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
