RNPC3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RNA binding region (RNP1, RRM) containing 3, which is encoded by the RNPC3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to participate in pre-mRNA U12-dependent splicing, performed by the minor spliceosome which removes U12-type introns. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 517 residues and a mass of 58.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be highly expressed in pancreas and kidney. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The RNPC3 gene has been associated with the disease, Pituitary hormone deficiency. Other alias names for this target include RNA-binding motif protein 40, RNA-binding protein 40, U11/U12 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein 65 kDa protein, U11/U12 snRNP 65 kDa protein, U11/U12 snRNP 65K, and RNA-binding region-containing protein 3.
Some RNPC3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
