ARL14 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ADP ribosylation factor like GTPase 14, which is encoded by the ARL14 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported GTPase that recruits MYO1E to MHC class II-containing vesicles via the effector protein ARL14EP and hence controls the movement of these vesicles along the actin cytoskeleton in dendritic cells. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 192 residues, a mass of 21.6 kDa, and is a member of the Arf protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and is reported to be expressed in immature dendritic cells. Other alias names for this target include ADP-ribosylation factor 7, ADP-ribosylation factor-like 14, and ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 14.
