TEAD3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein TEA domain transcription factor 3, which is encoded by the TEAD3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a transcription factor which plays a key role in the Hippo signaling pathway, a pathway involved in organ size control and tumor suppression by restricting proliferation and promoting apoptosis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 435 residues and a mass of 48.7 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is found to be highly expressed in the placenta.
