IL22RA1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein interleukin 22 receptor subunit alpha 1, which is encoded by the IL22RA1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the receptor for IL20, IL22 and IL24. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 574 residues, a mass of 63.1 kDa, and is a member of the Type II cytokine receptor protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is reported to be expressed in colon, liver, lung, pancreas and kidney. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include IL-22R-alpha-1, cytokine receptor class-II member 9, cytokine receptor family 2 member 9, interleukin 22 receptor, alpha 1, and IL-22 receptor subunit alpha-1.
There are IL22RA1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 10.5 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
