RADIL ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein Rap associating with DIL domain, which is encoded by the RADIL gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a downstream effector of Rap required for cell adhesion and migration of neural crest precursors during development. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1075 residues, a mass of 117.5 kDa, and is a member of the RADIL protein family. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include Rap GTPase interactor, Ras association and DIL domains, and ras-associating and dilute domain-containing protein.
Some RADIL ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
