HBS1L ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein HBS1 like translational GTPase, which is encoded by the HBS1L gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in signal transduction pathways and protein translation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 684 residues, a mass of 75.5 kDa, and is a member of the Classic translation factor GTPase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is notably expressed in fetal brain, placenta, liver, muscle, kidney and pancreas. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include ERFS, HBS1, HSPC276, eRF3c, HBS1-like protein, and EF-1a.
The detection range for different HBS1L ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
