TMPRSS12 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein transmembrane serine protease 12, which is encoded by the TMPRSS12 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 348 residues, a mass of 38.6 kDa, and is a member of the Peptidase S1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include testicular tissue protein Li 208, transmembrane (C-terminal) protease, serine 12, transmembrane protease, serine 12, and transmembrane protease serine 12.
Some TMPRSS12 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
