TEAD4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein TEA domain transcription factor 4, which is encoded by the TEAD4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a transcription factor which plays a key role in the Hippo signaling pathway, a pathway involved in organ size control and tumor suppression by restricting proliferation and promoting apoptosis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 434 residues and a mass of 48.3 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is found to be highly expressed in skeletal muscle. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include RTEF1, TCF13L1, TEF-3, TEF3, TEFR-1, hRTEF-1B, transcriptional enhancer factor TEF-3, and EFTR-2.
The detection range for different TEAD4 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 78.125 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
